Fixed: Confirm license dialog was not shown in trial clicking 'Run' and in licensed version clicking 'Run all'.
Fixed: In options dialog the attachment selection is disabled in trial since it's not available in trial.
Fixed: Error while updating the application status from another thread.
Fixed: Job doesn't start after accepting the EULA since backgroundWorker.ReportProgress is called too late and the backgroundWorker continous his job without correct data.
Fixed: While creating a structure an error is shown (Value='2', Minimum, Maximum) because of the error mentioned above.
